Program Description Conçu en fonction de l’évolution des besoins du milieu des affaires et du contexte de la mondialisation des marchés, le programme Évaluateur-estimateur en bâtiment s’adresse aux personnes s’intéressant à la gestion immobilière et souhaitant une carrière dynamique. Designed to meet the evolving needs of the business community and the context of globalized markets, the Building Appraiser-Appraiser program is designed for people who are interested in property management and want a dynamic career. The purpose of this training is to provide students with a wealth of knowledge that will enable them to fulfill a dual function. The first is the estimate under construction which aims to conduct a detailed study of a construction project from plans and specifications. The second is that of real estate appraisal which consists of looking for the market value of a property. Both functions are in collaboration with the chartered appraiser.
